I started my professional career in 2001, at one of the country’s largest manufacturing plants: SASOL SECUNDA. I worked as a SHE REP and in safety standby in one of the most safety conscious industries out there. Fast forward a few years later, I was under the employ of Aveng Grinaker LTA.  During the following 12 years I studied, completed my apprenticeship and qualified as an Artisan, working on many sites in many cities and other countries on the African Continent. Climbing the rungs from artisan, foreman, supervisor and lastly a 16.2 HSE Officer.

In 2014, I made a major career change. Where I went from the construction industry, into the pharmaceutical industry. Now I find myself at one of the industry leaders- Hersol. I have 24 years of hands-on experience and a unique insight into both Pharma and Engineering. With these tools in my arsenal, my main goal is to ensure compliance and go far beyond. Hersol is family… and I am blessed to be part of such a close group of amazing people.
