Job description

• To bear responsibility for the entire Finance Department and all aspects thereof.
• Responsible for reviewing and releasing payments
• Responsible for ensuring that administrative documents is completed correctly and timeously.
• To liaise with Managing Director on Financial impacts on the company.
• Responsible for carrying out cash flow forecasts.
• Responsible for reviewing and implementing financial and operation controls.
• Review and manage daily accounting and entries into SYSPRO by the various accounting staff
• Review General Ledger Reconciliations.
• Review and prepare various finance reports.
• Responsible for the management of the audit of financial statement by external auditors.

Job description

• Perform routine maintenance, service and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, temperature controlled and RH controlled areas
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC Assistants
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC systems issues efficiently and timeously
• Install various HVAC components and systems, including split units and control systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems mechanically and electrically
• Maintenance of filters (primary, secondary and Hepa) as per regulation requirements
• Completing and recording of documentation of service records
• Guide HVAC projects
• Communicate with Line Manager on a daily basis
• Ensure the highest quality of output
• Ensure that Good Housekeeping is performed.
• Ensure that all HVAC work is performed in a safe manner
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Conduct safety audits on HVAC systems, ducting and enviromental

The Research and Development Formulator will be responsible for developing new product formulations and improving existing products to meet the evolving needs of our customers. They will also be responsible for product trials.
