I hold a UNISA Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management.  I entered the Human Resources environment at the bottom of the rung as an administrator and over the years, on-the-job work experience, countless workshops and formal training has equipped me with the relevant knowledge and skills to perform in this challenging yet exciting modern HR environment. I attended the Wits Graduate School of Business Administration and completed a Management Advancement Programme in 2014.

I have a passion for working with people, for skills development and for organisational development and change management.  I am a registered Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator.

I facilitate appropriate training interventions and learnerships. To this end, I work closely with the Chemical Seta (CHIETA) to fulfil our capacity building requirements in accordance with our workplace skills plans and further arranged funding from the CHIETA’s Discretionary Grant platform for staff to embark on external studies.
