In 2002, I entered the Human Resources environment at the bottom of the rung as an HR Administrator. Over the years, on-the-job work experience, countless workshops as well as formal training has equipped me with the relevant knowledge and skills to perform in this challenging yet exciting modern HR environment. In 2008 I was promoted to HR Manager. Additionally, in 2014/15 I attended a Management Advancement Programme (MAP) at the Wits Business School.

I am a registered Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator. I have a passion for working with people, for capacity building and for organisational development and change management. As an EE Manager, I head up the employment equity committee and am responsible for EE Reporting and EE-related issues at Hersol.

As the companies registered Skills Development Facilitator, I facilitate appropriate training for skills development. To this end, I work closely with the Chemical Seta (CHIETA) to fulfil our capacity building in accordance with our workplace skills plans and further arranged funding from the CHIETA’s Discretionary Grant platform for staff to embark on external studies.
